YouTube is an online video-sharing platform. It is also social media. YouTube is one of the most popular apps. To use it no one needs computer skills. This app is free for all. It was first launched on 14th February 2005. The founders of YouTube are Jawed Karim, Chad Hurley, and Steve Chan. YouTube’s main headquarter is situated in San Bruno, California. Google has owned YouTube since 2006. YouTube is the 2nd largest search engine next to Google. It lets people upload, watch and share videos. People upload more than 100 hours of video per minute to YouTube. Those people who commonly upload on YouTube are called YouTubers. There are very popular youtubers such as…..Mr.Beast, PewDiePiE and T-Series, which have the most subscribers. YouTube made Student life easier. For example, if any students have any problem in their studies, they can take help from YouTube. Also, they can learn new languages, learn cooking and crafting also. Not only student life, it made world easier. As people can get any information all over the world. From YouTube people can also watch Movies, Series and more. In word we can say YouTube is an educational and entertainment hub. And YouTube is the key to uncover the unknown world.  Some people do online business through YouTube. For kids YouTube made another app (YouTube Kids). YouTube helps people in many ways. But YouTube also has some disadvantages. 36% of children are addicted to YouTube. So, now we can say, 330 million of the population is addicted to YouTube. Nowadays children don’t eat without YouTube. It may be effective for their mental health and their eyes. It is minimalizing student’s brains day by day and they are being minimalist. As they are being depended on YouTube. Not only this, people are also becoming doom scrollers because people are always busy finding bad news. All together it is important to use YouTube for a limited time.
